职位描述：
岗位职责
1、全面负责公司网站的SEO，能够根据公司战略发展要求，制定全面的搜索引擎优化策略，对SEO效果负责；
2、制定SEO策略，与产品、技术等部门协同工作按时保证质量完成SEO项目；
3、建立内部产品SEO标准，把握SEO的方向，分析和总结竞争对手的SEO方法，并合理运用，不断提高网站的SEO效果；
4、结合流量统计工具制作分析报告并提出问题，以支持网站流量不断攀升；
5、根据网站现状，剔除网站架构不良设计、实现树状目录结构、使网站导航与链接不断优化，对搜索引擎更加友好化。

任职资格
1、熟悉div+css；
2、一年以上baidu、google、排名经验，有成功案例；
3、独立完成基于搜索引擎基本的页面代码标签优化；
4、具备较强的关键词数据分析能力；
5、能诊断分析网站存在的问题，并能拓展外部链接以求提高排名，针对百度优化有自己独立见解；
6、对自身技术提升有强烈的学习欲望，能持续关注搜索引擎的发展，了解其最新动向。 举报 分享
