职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责相关账号的销售与管理，及时处理客户邮件，提高客户满意度。
2、完善店铺各种政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度。
3、有良好的团队合作精神，管理和发展好网上销售平台，确保订单的按时完成。
4、承接、处理客户订单，并跟踪订单进展状况，确保订单的按时完成。
5、熟悉产品与平台销售政策，控制产品风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划，增强公司品牌在该销售平台的知名度与美誉度。
任职要求：
1、德语专四以上,读写流利，商务信函写作熟练。
2、有亚马逊销售工作经验，熟悉其相关政策者优先。
3、熟悉使用office办公软件，又较强的信息处理能力和学习能力。
4、沟通能力强，能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询，售后，处理投诉等。
5、有良好的团队精神和服务意识，诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，应变能力强，对电子商务、外贸有兴趣和激情。
6、具有高度责任心，能承受一定工作压力。

工作时间：周一至周五（周六）9:00-12:00 14：00-18:30 （公司实行大小周制）
