AFBU Head is responsible for the overall business development in Africa to support the Bright Future health product stragey.
Job Scopes:
1.Responsible for designing and developing local business strategyaccording to Bright Future Group business strategy
2. Establish brand compaign in Africa to raise the brand awareness for long term business
3. Maintain good relationship with top distributors and ensure business steady growth.
4. Understand the oversea market and the demand of customers
5. Manage the oversea and local staff teams to motivate the members and facilitate the business growth
6. Liaise with the other supporting teams to ensure the marketing, supply chain, IT flow works fine
7. Explore new countries and expand the business
8. Generate reports and anaylysis to the head quarter.
Requirments:
1. Bachelor or above
2. Proficient in English and Madarian Chinese, French preferred
3. At least 5 years of sales management experience
4. Strong leadership skills and competences, target and future oriented, overview and strategic, and strong business acumen in market analysis
5. Management and leadership skills of cross-functional teams.
6. Direct selling working experience preferred.
