DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Supply Chain Procurement in OEM
1.Review initial RFQ, benchmark, incoterm negotiation;
2. Act on the purchasing request to explore supplier, initial SMI implementation, select preferred supplier, monitor sampling approval status, quarterly cost down And supplier evaluation
3. Act on indirect / direct material quality issue to drive supplier improvement;
4. Supervises and conducts materials planning in in the revised materials in-house schedule;
5. Exercises control on inventory level and monitors the excess / zero demand inventory Level.
6.Initiates or Attends The Review Board Material's Meetings
7.Supervises and Controls The attrition Requisitions from Production
. 8.Supervises the release and close of production orders
9.Communicates with Program Administrators and outside parties on the material issues
10. Supervises the Commodity Analyst Indirect / direct in the above activities
