职位描述：
Job description: production design, control, inspection for Die casting, MIM, Stamping, CNC，Wax losing
工作描述： 压铸，冲压，粉末注射成型，冲压，CNC， 脱蜡铸造等项目开发；新产品的生产设计，管控；品质检验。
1) work with Israel Engineer and find solution, finish DFM with customer and suppliers。
根据客户图纸，积极寻找任何设计问题的解决方案，和客户及供应商工程师沟通，完成加工设计方案 。
2) mold design control，with experience for die casting mold design better.
模具设计指导及审核， 有压铸模具设计经验优先
3) Guiding and control on production: control on process; inspection, improvement. Make sure production be done on time and be good quality。
督导供应商的整个生产过程：生产工艺指导，检验，改善。确保项目按时按质完成。
4) inspect samples, and send QC report to customer。
样品及小批量检验，出具验货报告。
5）working and finish Production standard , QC standard on time。
及时制作《生产及检验规范 》。
6) Good to use 3D software
？？？？？？熟练使用3D画图软件。
7）Priority: die casting, MM, stamping and CNC。
？？懂压铸，MIM, 冲压者, CNC优先。

The Successful Applicant: 要求
1) .Relevant engineering academic background.
相关工程学术背景
2) Must specializes and has at least 3 years of experience in CASTING high precision metal processing
至少有3年专业铸造高精密金属加工的经验
3) Familiar with die casting mold design and production.熟悉压铸模具设计，模具制造
4) Familiar with painting ( anodize, power painting, plating etc) and coating standards.
熟悉喷涂工艺（阳极氧化，喷粉，电镀等）和涂料标准。
5) Oral English can be very basic but writing and reading should be sufficient enough to write and read documents in English (must be familiar with the technical professional terms).
基础口语，但要求写作和阅读水平阅读和写作相关文件
6) Must be able to use 3D software to building drawing & modify 3D drawings
能使用3D软件作图，改图
7) Highly motivated., eager and patient to cope with high professional challenges and sophisticated products.
