职位描述：
Responsibilities
11. Sending samples in different stage of PCP, prototype sample, TR sample…etc.
2, Data management of all PRs for each project to track total expenses on each project
3, Date management of all PO for each project, including invoice tracking
4, Project documents following up
5, Trial run material readiness follow up together with PPL
6, Help PJM for Shenzhen office activities when PJM travelling
7, Meeting room booking or re-shuffle with others
8, Support PJM to make some specific file, such as making PPT file with photos.
9, Support PJM to arrange sample delivery to local customers directly
10, Work with Vicky to arrange transportation / hotel booking for customers.
11, Regular PMO reports maintenance.

Requirements
Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree or above.
Working Experience: No need
Expertise / Skills: Excellent Microsoft office software skills, excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook
Language skills: English good at writing and Fluent in Mandarin
Personal Attributes: Logical thinking and structured. Detail focus. Initiative and cooperative. 举报 分享
