Job Description
Attention: Official working language is English.
Terms of employment:
Working time: 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-6:00pm; 7.5 hours per day, 5 working days and 6 working days exchange per week
Salary: 10000-20000 RMB . (Depend on your ability,Negotiable )
Commission: up to 2% of your total sales amount
Total package: will be more than 1 Million RMB with no ceiling
Work place: Shenzhen( Very closer to Tanglang Metro Station )
Responsibilities:
1. Explore and develop all potential sales channels and opportunities.
2. Lead, manage & coach yourself to achieve sales budget and even the team objectives.
3. Increase and drive Demand creation and customer expansion.
4. Align with Future regional management to define the structure and resource requirements to achieve short/medium and long term sales plans.
5. no less than 30 phone calls per day as a telesales.
Position Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years related experiences, or the equivalent in training and experiences. Highly preferred: Major in Science, Engineering, foreign languages or International Trade.
*Must be self-motivated, loyal, discreet and sales-oriented team player.
*Must be able to work under pressure, have strong communications skills and good command of both oral and written English.
*Highly preferred: a combination of sales and purchasing experience in the fiber optics related industry.
