职位描述
Mission:
- Overall responsibility for service order in SAP.
- Close service ticket timely and accurately.
- Coordinate CSE, tools and spare part arrive on service site on time.
- Coordinate the returned part arrive at dispatch point on time Working.
Tasks:
- Coordinate three elements (CSE, tools and spare part) arrive on service site on time.
- Communicate with Customer effectively Coordinate returned part arrive at dispatch point on time Maintain SAP and relevant information platform timely and accurately Close the service ticket timely and accurately against follow up telephone call.
- Willingness to take responsibility. Cooperative and warm attitude.
Knowledge:
- Being familiar with MS office and SAP Time and multitask management;
- Good in read and write English.
Experience:
- Experience in customer sevice field Capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelor or above
