Senior Specialist Export
Corporate Division Import & Export
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks
• To handle the import & export operation in terms of the regulation request from Customs and CIQ, business alignment with other interface department as well as performing and steering the whole import & export

Key Responsibilities
• To set up & Optimize the standard export process together with the interfaces internally and externally
• To responsible for export request collection for all the plant in BBA and business volume forecast
• To responsible for the system request in regards of the export request approval, documents creating, payment etc.
• To responsible for Import & Export policy deep interpretation by policy learning and understanding
• To be responsible for the on-site goods inspection planning and arrangement for different plants & business departments
• Responsible for management and application of certification requirements per tariff code and regulations from CIQ
• To control the on-site inspection rate of import and export goods and verification in CIQ by documents package of self check report preparation and submitting
• Coordination and management for CCC certification to support the smooth going of production material import and equipment importation
• Alignment among LSPs for CIQ declaration rules via different port of entry & exit

Qualifications
• Master degree in logistics, international trade, economics, & business administration
• Knowledge of supply chain in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of international trade and convention
• Knowledge of regulations related to Customs & CIQ operation
• Familiar with the process of license application and catalogue management
• Good team work spirit and good communication skills
• Skilled application in MS office and SAP
• Proficient English both in oral and written
• Experience in Export & CIQ is preferred, 4-6 Years
• Experience in Steering & Planning is preferred, 1-3 Years
• Working experience of import and export customs clearance, 4-6 Years
• Experience in multinational culture is preferred, 1-3 Years
• Experience in processing trade and project management, 1-3 Years
