职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Supervise the Greater China’s companies budget (economic and financial) and finetune the budget with the expectation of the HQ in Italy and the top management in Shanghai
? Analyze the budget prepared by the Budget and Forecast Planner and present it to the Company Management
? Analyze on Monthly basis the Actual vs Budget and provide explanation and suggestions on how to adjust the variance
? Supervise Cashflow and company funding activities
? Cost control by department and analysis
? Sales and Inventory data analysis and supervision
? New projects and investment profitability analysis
? Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
? GL entry supervision to ensure compliance of accrual and cost center policy
? Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
? Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
? Additional controller duties as necessary

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
? CPA or CMA preferred
? 5 - 8 years financial control experience in MNC
? Retail industry background is preferred
? Excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
? Advanced proficiency with Excel, knowledge of Oracle’s based JDE system is a plus
? Good command of English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) 举报 分享
