职位描述：
Responsibilities: Complete the essential functions/responsibilities of the position, which are usually listed in order of importance and/or time spent
？ To perform physical and visual pre-shipment inspection at supplier facilities, including:
？ Determine inspection lot sample size and required min./max. AQL
？ Dimensional measurements
？ Workmanship/appearance and function check
？ Packaging/label specification verification
？ Product specification verification
？ Packaging drop test
？ To compile inspection findings and provide written inspection reports
？ To conduct in-line process product inspections and provide written reports
？ To perform supplier product quality audits to ensure that products meet WKI QA standard requirements
？ To review suppliers’ initial sample inspection reports for compliance
？ To conduct human rights and customs audits to ensure that suppliers conform to WKI and customers’ requirements
？ To perform other duties as

Required Qualifications: Provide the minimum qualifications, knowledge and skills required to perform the role
？ Minimum Education: Technical degree or equivalent(Mechanism-related)
？ Minimum years of Experience: 3

？ Competencies:
？ Able to read engineering drawings, use general gauges and measuring tools
？ Good at implementing ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993(MIL-STD-105E) and inspection procedure
？ Familiar with manufacturing processes of metal, ceramic and plastic wares
？ Good interpersonal and communication skill
？ Initiative, honest, reliable, good learning skill, independent, self-motivated, self-organized
？ Physical testing experience will be an great advantage
？ Experience in ISO9000 and/or Statistical Process Control is an advantage
？ Able to use office software
