职位描述：

- For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(CV)Technician/技术员.

What are my responsibilities?

1-每日定期维护保养Siplace 贴片机料架

Daily maintain Siplace feeders

2-定期校正Siplace 贴片机料架

Calibrate Siplace feeders regularly

3-不定时维修Siplace 贴片机料架

Repair Siplace feeders when needed

4-协助定期保养维护生产设备，如印刷机，贴片机，回流炉，波峰焊等各种表面贴装生产设备

Support technology team to maintain SMT devices, like printer, pick & place machine, reflow oven, wave soldering and all related SMT equipment.

5-协助生产线共同降低贴片机拾取抛料率，并解决常见设备技术问题，保证生产正常进行

Support SMT line to control component reject rate, trouble shooting normal machine defect, monitor production line to ensure smooth manufacturing.

6-首件生产确认：协助产线正常完成首件的生产，并确认元器件方向等关键信息，确保首件按时完成的同时确保没有品质异常

Confirm first lot: Support SMT line to produce first lot, including confirm components polarity and existence, make sure first lot will complete on time without quality issue.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 具有3~5年Siplace feeder料件的维修经验 3-5 years experience of feeder maintenance and repairing

- 愿意接受SMT相关知识的培训和工作安排 Willing to accept new challenge for SMT training and related workload

- 具有英文阅读理解的能力 Have ability to read and comprehend English instruction.

- 掌握办公软件和Web应用程序。 Basic skills to use office and web application

- 掌握IPC 610 E 相关知识 Knowledge of IPC 610 E is prefer

- 能够使用CAD了解技术图纸和规格(如电子元件的描述) Ability to use CAD to review and understand technical drawings and specifications (e.g. electronic components descriptions)
