职位描述：
Summary:This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing project and account management of key and focus customers in South China region, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage assigned customers and explore potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure total customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customer.
- Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements.
- Provide communication among customers, customer service and production on status of orders.
- Keep in close contact with representatives from OEM customers to determine needs in order to expand sales.
- Perform OEM and aftermarket sales.
- Explore new customers and new market segments.
- Work with FAEs and engineers to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
- Develop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Customer visits and travels are needed for communication and interaction with customers regarding status of orders, new orders and problem solving.
- Provide updated marketing and sales forecast.
- Manage sales/ business opportunities and implement sales plans for focus customers.
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
- Special projects as requested.


Requests:
- Knowledge of Windows applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good at business wiritings and reports (in English).
- Must be fluent in Chinese and acceptable level in English. Other languages maybe treated as extra advanatage.
- Ability to travel frequently and work out of office hours.
