职位描述：
Title: Regional QESHA Manager_North East Asia
Location: Shanghai or Zhenjiang
Coverage: North East Asia
Report to: Head of North East Aisa, BU FM.

Purpose:
Management of all ESHA activities with support to Global Systems Management within several sites in a region. Ensures that all ESHA activities are in compliance with legislation, Clariant and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, technical support, and interpretation of compliance with Clariant Quality, Safety, Security, and Environmental management systems
1. Act as a consultant for safety, health and environmental issues for areas of responsibility
2. Lead and provide support to the site areas in the evaluation of ESHA
3. Implement measures to achieve /maintain compliance with corporate and BU standards and ESHA targets
4. Support risk analysis and follow-up implementation of measures
5. Coordinate environmental and waste management practices in accordance with legal and Clariant requirements

Management and Implementation of the Management System
1. Identify, develop, and manage strategic ESHA initiatives, when requested
2. Organize, develop, implement, and participate in the sites' emergency management processes
3. Implementation of Clariant Global and Regional Management Systems and Guidelines
4. Realize GSM objectives on the sites
5. Executes QESH audits in coordination with Corporate ESHA
6. Monitors and facilitates the follow-up of QESH audits, management system audits, and insurance inspections

Cooperation with sites
1. Coordinate and perform ESHA and Management System training for Clariant personnel
2. Coordinate and perform trainings for the improvement of safety awareness (Avoiding Accidents)
3. Support the preparation and collection of key figures, manage risk portfolio actions and status updates
4. Respond to and lead regional emergencies and incident investigations
5. Verify that EHSA training requirements are met. Develop and implement training programs as needed.
6. Direct and manage direct reports where applicable

Continuous ESHA Improvement
1. Executes QESH audits in coordination with Corporate ESHA
2. Monitors and facilitates the follow-up of QESH audits, management system audits, and insurance inspections
3. Track to completion of measurable objectives and targets (KPI's)
4. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to the ESHA program in the Region

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, majority in ESH, Chemical or Engineering related.
2. 10+ years’ experience in Chemical MNC, 5+ years ESH planning and execution related
