1. Responsible for the reports: follow up weekly and monthly HR report.跟进周报、月报。
2. Handle new employee’s onboard procedure 负责新员工入职手续
3. Resonsible for updating the labor contract every month.跟进每月劳动合同。
4. Responsible for recruitment base on each department's application.跟据各部门申请招聘情况进行招聘
5. Responsible for employee training implementation and Make good of records.组织员工培训及做好培训记录
Make sure to pass external and internal audit 确保通过内外部的审核。
6. Coordinate with eath depts.部门间的沟通与协调
7. Handle employee relationship, including employee’s complaint/suit etc.员工关系处理， 包括员工投诉、申诉等。
8. Ensure the related work compliance with the requirements of product safety, legality, product quality, BSCI and management systems. 确保所有相关的工作符合生产安全、产品品质、合规性、BSCI 以及管理制度。
9.Dept. Manager's other assignments.部门经理安排的其他事宜
Education: University or above 大专以上
Experience:
1. At least 3 years related work experience 三年以上工作经验
2. Excellent English 优秀的英文听说读写能力
3. Specific Knowledge: (Technical/Product, Organisational and Interpersonal)
4. Good knowledge in HR and discipline management; able to work independently ,strong sense of responsibility,excellent communication skills 在人力资源和纪律管理上有良好的专业知识; 能独立工作，强烈的责任感，优秀的沟通能力。

Zobele Instrument (Shenzhen) co., ltd (“ZIS” afterwards) subordinated to Zobele group in Italy ,which is located in HongTian ShangNan East Road, Huangpu Community, Xinqiao Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
