职位描述：
About the Position:
Support company offline and online business achievement and people development by delivering training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
-Base on the company business to design and carry out the training plan for online and offline channels.
-Partner and collaborate with the sales team to evaluate and identify training requirements.
-Develop, maintain and update training materials according to the company's training system or project needs.
- Deliver training session to offline retail staff, online customer service and key partners to ensure they are qualified in product knowledge, service / selling skill, store operation and management.
- Be responsible for the management of training assessment and people evaluation. Utilize the KPI and Mystery shopper program for constant feedback and improve people’s productivity and the caliber of their work
- Schedule regular store visits and spend the effort in the field coaching to sharpen the front line team’s skill.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 8-year relevant experience, sales or high tech training experience is preferred.
- Familiar with training session, good logical thinking and scheduling abilities.
- Strong communication skill and good relationship with internal and external clients.
- Excellence organizing, presentation, influence skills and customer focus.
- Good project management skill, coordination, overall planning and reports ability.
- Preferable with electronic and audio industrial related experience.
- Solid E-learning platform or M-learning experience is preferred.
- Excellent PPT and excel skill.
- Good in reading and writing in English.
