职位描述：
Purpose of Role
Be an owner of commercial excellence agenda, particular in the area of outlet execution and sales force management. Be a strong business partner to sales team that can constantly challenge the outlet performance with distilled insights. Drive RTC & execution transformation
The role will require strong trade insights, communication & influencing skills. Strong passion to drive the execution excellence.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities
1. Work closely with marketing team to lead the annual commercial standards (outlet execution standards) refresher
2. Field-sales execution performance target setting & tracking
3. Owner of SFA system
4. Monthly execution performance reporting
5. Key outlet audit

Qualifications and Experience Required
? Total 5+ year working experience with 4+ year in fieldsales management, trade marketing or sales
? In-depth knowledge of outlet execution & channel segmentation
? Analytical, can generate / distill insights from system / operational data / market visits
? English literacy (oral & writing)
? Resilience
? Being comfortable challenging the status quo and being challenged
? Cross-function project management experience preferred
? Route To Market management experience is preferred
? Wise, energetic, passionate, positive, ambitious and curiosity

Barriers to Success in Role
? Lack of understanding of the commercial agenda
? Inability to connect and create positive relationships
? Inability to deliver through others
? Inability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
? Lack of “self-starter” attitude.
