职位描述：
Job Responsibilities: （工作职责）
Responsible for demand planning, review and execution of the forecast of finished goods requirements to fulfill all customer’s needs. You will be responsible for forecasting, purchasing and inventory management. Key owner of company's CDI, inventory provision and write off.
负责需求计划，回顾和执行成品需求预测，以满足客户的所有需求。负责预测，采购和库存管理。公司库存周转率，呆滞库存报废库存的只要负责人。

- Interfaces with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Accounting. Key interaction as the business unit representative within the global demand planning process, work closely with peers in Forecast creation, alert monitoring, coordination with Sales, Customer Service
与销售、客户服务、供应链、市场营销的接口， 与会计。作为业务单元代表的关键交互
在全球需求规划过程中，与同行密切合作 预测创建、警报监视， 协调销售、客户服务.
- Facilitate reaching a consensus between Marketing and Operations on the sales forecast
促进市场和业务部门就销售预测达成共识。
- Continuously work to improve demand planning accuracy
不断努力提高需求规划的准确性
- Interface with supply managers to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and efficiently

- Facilitate the monthly Demand Planning meeting including agenda, exceptions reports, and performance feedback measurements along with following an established process for issue resolution and escalation

- Keep the inventory under control, and this includes the knowledge of the inventory structure as well as the overstock elimination.

- Assist in facilitating the Global Sales Inventory and Operations

- Planning Process for assigned product lines; assists in the Global Demand

- Develop operating mechanisms to communicate and monitor orders, sales, forecast and S&OP performance

- Assists in product Life Cycle management process, including analysis of performance and facilitating life cycle and business operating model

Requirements (knowledge & Skills): （任职要求：知识和技能）
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or equivalent experience.
- 本科学历，工商管理；工程学士学位、财务、物流或相关经验。
- 5+ years of Consumer Goods experience in Customer Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service & Logistics, Finance, and/or Marketing.
- 5年以上客户开发、制造、客户服务、物流、财务和/或市场营销经验。
- Advanced knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes
- 需求规划和供应计划流程方面的先进知识
- Being familiar with database tool and data mining tool. Goods at analytical skills, and familiar with SAP system. 熟悉数据库工具和数据挖掘工具。擅长分析技能, 熟悉SAP系统。
- Good cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 良好的跨部门协作能力。
- Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- 优秀的沟通和谈判能力（口头和书面）。
- Good command of both oral and written English.

- Good interpersonal skill, self-starter, passionate and can work under pressure;
