Job Responsibilities
Quote Management
? Provide internal support to Client Engagement Manager(CEM) on Quote process.
? Coordinate, support and grow business by working closely with CEM.
? Fulfill and update database on Quote.
? Direct and Indirect Quote workflow management
? Ability to research Opp/Claims/Quote in system, Link Quote and Create Quote.
? Quote Management and maintain quote log for OEM and disti.
? Manage RFQ( request for quote). Make sure sufficient information provided and verify
Team Player
? Primary contact for all administrative support for the assigned account.
? Establish communication channel for involved parties with MCHP.
? Give support to local team to complete the Quote process.
? Feedback to local team if there are obstacles and request help needed then corresponding action plan.
Job Requirements
? BA or equivalent with commercial awareness.
? Minimum 5 yrs experience in a Customer Service role.
? Experience of working within the Semiconductor industry would be an advantage.
? Proven ability to work proactively in a dynamic team environment, resolving customer issues.
? High level of I.T. skills.
? Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
