职位描述：
1. To ensure all the T&E expense reimbursement check in work flow as per company's policy
2. Ensure all expense posted timely and accurately, book expense under correct account, cost center and product line.
3. Communicate with employee about company’s T&E policy and keep update of policy if necessary
4. Take lead to optimize/smooth T&E process and improve employee satisfaction
5. Support GL for monthly closing, including Employee credit card and cash advance checking and settlement.

Education/Experience
1. Bachelor with major in Finance & Accounting
2. 2 - 3 years of relevant shared service center accounting experience, preferably in a MNC environment
3. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to meet deadline for closing and able to work under pressure
5. Highly initiative person to drive effective communication with other Finance functions and also other departments
6. Good PC skill, especially in Excel, SAP Knowledge is plus 举报 分享
