Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all kind of sales related contracts in Greater China.
2. Support the Sales team in negotiating contracts and provide legal and commercial advice.
3. Ensure compliance of legal and commercial clauses with EPCOS' Standard conditions and legal requirements of the country concerned.
4. Ensure compliance of signature and decision making authorization.
5. Monitor, analyze and implement an efficient contract management process within the company.
6. Organize and carry out Contract Management training for the Sales Team.
7. Liaise with Corporate HQ for proper filing and access to contracts valid and in process.
8. Ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
1. University Bachelor or above of law degree (overseas legal study preferable)
2. Chinese lawyer qualification preferred.
3. 5 years or above working experience with law firms or multinational companies legal department.
4. Experience and knowledge in contract consulting preferred.
5. Experience and knowledge in contract management and trading business.
6. Basic Knowledge on Contract Law and frequent used Incoterms in Import/Export business.
7. Contract Consulting and/or Contract Inspection experiences preferred.
8. Good communications skills, negotiation skills and clear mind.
9. Excellent English of both oral and written skills, CET-6 is a must.
10. Good understanding of the business operation of the Company.
11. Basic office tools, computer skills.
