职位描述：

- For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(AT)QM Engineer/质量管理工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.• Coordination of and contribution to solve quality problems according to e.g. 8D-methodology and drive projects to solve the problems sustainably.

依据质量方法（例如：8D）持续推动项目进行，协调解决质量问题；

2.• Training and guidance of internal colleagues and Suppliers with the target to get a solid performance

3.• Managing professional feedback to and acting as the internal voice of the customer on quality matters, including complaints, non-conformities, etc. to ensure satisfactory outcome.

专业反馈客户，从客户的角度管理产品质量，包括抱怨处理，不符合处理等等，确保产品质量和客户满意；

4.• Coach the corresponding team, as the quality mentor and give fully support for all team members.

作为质量导师，指导相关团队，全力支持团队成员；

5.• Support to establish, maintain and optimize a Quality Management System (QMS).

6.• Feedback and complaint handling to satisfy the customer and improvement of the quality of our products.

反馈及处理客户投诉，满足客户需求，改善产品质量；

8.• Authority:Quality Coaches in matters of quality issues. Intervene, overrule and escalate in the case of non-conformity of regulations. Escalation for decision of stop of deliveries and services. Unrestricted access to all quality relevant data.

Work Experience：

- 3-5+ years of experience in Quality Management

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience：

• Bachelor or master degree with major in Engineering, Science or Medicine or adequate professional background.

本科以上学历，工科、理科、医科或相关专业背景均可；

• Auditing experience in e.g. ISO9001 and Lead Auditor examination

具备ISO9001审核经验，领导审核经验；

• Good knowledge of standards - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 (OSHAS). Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations.

熟知ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO18001(OSHAS)，ISO13485等标准和FDA法规；

• You have solid experience in application of Q-methods and statistics, e. g. SPC, MSA, APQP.

具备丰富的质量方法和统计（例如：SPC、MSA、APQP等）应用经验；

• Able to work independently and systematically.

能够独立系统地完成工作；

• Ability of working in high pressure

能够承受较强的工作压力。
