职位描述：

To ensure daily ordering and reporting function go smooth as the number of dealers and area managers go up quickly.

Major Responsibilities

? Operate daily ordering business such on order transfer, order tracking and modification

? Do order entry assignment on daily/monthly basis

? Communicate with BMW AG Central ordering colleague regarding ordering related tasks ( i.e. open quota checking and booking, order change)

? Assist area managers/dealers with ordering, wholesale and retail, target and requirement related issue

? Maintain ordering related IT systems

? Coordinate with relevant departments’ delivery training of ordering process and system to new dealers

? Prepare monthly allocation plan according to overall planning and regional feedback

? Work together with product and planning colleagues for specific product

? Provide related sales report to management

Qualifications

? University degree

? Knowledge of automotive industry and product

? Skills with well communication

? Proficiency with office software, Excel, PPT and Word

? Proficient English, German would be an advantage

? Several years’ experience in relative function
