职位描述：
Job Description

1. KYC (Know Your Client): establish and update SOPs for the effective handling of clients’ trade operations
2. Cooperate with clients (or clients’ customers) to ensure all inquiries are properly processed, incl. but not limited to fair/factory visits, offering, sampling, order processing, shipment monitoring, inspection, logistics arrangement, documentation and trouble-shooting
3. Liaise with suppliers to fulfill the clients’ requests timely.
4. Coordinate with 3rd parties, i.e. agents, forwarders, warehouses, banks, to accomplish joint tasks.
5. Familiarize with ERP and various external systems to handle daily operation.
6. Management by exception: report to supervisor or manager any special cases or problems.
7. Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
1. University graduate with in-depth knowledge in foreign trade, i.e. payment terms and trade terms (Incoterms®2010)…
2. Strong PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office software.
3. 5 years practical experience in daily operation independently, i.e. order processing, logistic handling and documentation…experience in supply chain and handling import operations including customs clearance preferred.
4. Strong verbal & written communication in English & Mandarin. Cantonese is plus.
5. Efficient & effective communication skill and solution-focused principles.
6. Honest, open mind, positive mindset, willing to learn and good team spirits.
