职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify, assess, mitigate and manage Regulatory Compliance risk for HOST and (GF) global functions in HACN. HOST mainly covers banking operation, branch operation, IT risk and security, outsourcing and vendor management, etc. Global functions mainly cover FIN and HR.
2. Work closely with HOST & GF by giving professional advice regarding to regulatory enquiries from new regulations, daily operations, operation change, product changes, potential compliance risk weakness, etc., to assist HOST & GF in properly implementing and complying with the relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Work closely with HOST & GF to review the initiatives, procedures and the user requirements, etc., related to new operations, operation changes, new system projects, new outsourcing projects, to assess compliance risk and give regulatory advice to ensure the compliance. .
4. Work with Monitoring & Review to develop the scope and the program of the compliance review on HOST & GF. Conduct compliance reviews if necessary. Assess the compliance risks from the review findings and assist HOST & GF to set up proper remedial actions to mitigate the compliance risk. Track the remedial actions till completion.
5. Review RCA and control testing of HOST & GF and give advice from regulatory compliance perspective.
6. Participate regular BRCM meeting of HOST & GF and supervise the compliance risk in HOST & GF.
7. Provide trainings and briefings regarding new relevant regulations to HOST & GF staff.
8. Interact with Regulators and industry bodies in China, on Regulatory Compliance matters relating to GF & HOST
9. Establish and implement global standards and strategic policies which ensure GF’s and HOST’s exposure to current risks and emerging arising risk is managed appropriately, in a commercially focused and practical manner
10. Ensure the appropriate timely and relevant risk information is provided to GF & HOST management and Risk Management Committee.
11. Resolve any/all identified issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns.
12. Maintain and observe all HSBC/HASE/HACN control standards and implement and observe the Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
13. Maintain awareness of operational risk within assigned portfolio and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
14. Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with senior business managers at the Global and Country levels.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of compliance experiences in banks for banking operation or compliance related to banking operation;
2. Good knowledge of the general banking products and services and the regulatory requirements in the banking industry;
3. Familiar with the banking operation system; the reporting systems with the regulators.
4. Good ability in review, investigation, logical and analytical thinking;
5. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business.
6. Ability to develop practical, cost effective solutions to complex issues.
7. Experience of dealing with regulatory matters and confident interaction with Regulators.
8. Experience of interpreting and analysing a large volume of information and / or data and provide succinct summary for management. 举报 分享
