职位描述：
Prepare monthly, quarterly financial statements and group reporting packs under IFRS/IND AS and assisting in closure of statutory audit
Prepare monthly, quarterly financial profitability/Cost reports for Branches, Products and plants and variance analysis
Good Knowledge of IND AS/IFRS accounting principles with good knowledge of financial statements
Strong Control over Trial Balance and GLs for preparing cost reports at lowest possible grain
Performing various reconciliation/cross check to ensure reports are made correctly and system are also updated timely
Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues
Detailed analysis of business processes, identifications of gaps, agreeing same with all stakeholders and implementation of agreed solution to get desired output.
Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance
Create, implement and maintain comprehensive accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency
Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements Control Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period/Reports
Participate in other projects as required by the organization
Interaction with management team/cross functional team to explain analysis and variance
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Chartered accountant with post qualification experience of 4-5 years of relevant experience in MIS/Financial reporting in MNC/large Indian corporate in telecom or FMGC sector
Applicant should have worked on SAP/ERP FICOmodules and have fair understanding of ERP environment
Excellent interpersonal skill to manage process change and get requirements done from within/cross function team
