Plant Buyer （欧美独资大型工程建筑设备公司，临沂工厂，欢迎重工和汽车行业的人才应聘，英语要求良好）

Main Job
? Responsible for a purchasing portfolio
? Is part of PMT regarding product modifications / cost rationalization
? Manage serial production changes (ECN...)
? Collaborate with P&SM Project buyer
? Perform the activities required for the portfolio : negotiations (in line with Commodity Team). Optimize the total cost (Price, Quality, Logistics, manufacturing, etc...)?
investments.
? Manage Purchase invoice discrepancies.
? To locally support implementation of P&SM strategy
? Support CST to recover warranty cost from suppliers
? Contribute to Commodity strategies
? Contribute to the achievement of the P&SM KPIs
? Manage the working relationships with suppliers for the given site (in cooperation with
other site functions) : quality, delivery, cost, participate in the SEM evaluations, key
interface, RFQ
? Work in accordance with the CE processes, the Way, and the values
and behaviors.
? Be first point of contact for plant operations team for supplier caused QD issues.
Required competencies
? Commercial and / or technical background, bachelor
? Proven experience in a Purchasing environment.
? Knowledge of up to date supply chain strategies and implementation tools
? Strong communication skills and social competence
? Team player
? Business mindset and holistic view
? Creative attitude and energetic. Achievement driven
? Fluent English (+ local language)
