Within the Performance Solution Division, the Electrical Cables & Components Business Group is as a leading supplier of signal transmission products engineered to be used in demanding environments. The products of Electrical Cables & Components are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, industrial electronics, mobile communications, and semiconductor manufacturing.

We are looking for a dynamic Process Engineer professional to join our team in Shenzhen, China. If you are searching for a company where you can make a difference, we’re looking for you. In this role, you will champion processes to promote the growth of the Electrical Cables & Components business. You will be a process owner responsible for supporting ongoing manufacturing, creating value in manufacturing through continuous improvement efforts, proposing improvements to leadership and mentoring other associates. You will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer needs, support sample requests, address product quality concerns, and develop new capabilities. You will also work as part of a global team in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
? Providing daily process support for the manufacturing of existing products through regular interaction with the production floor and deep knowledge of the product and processes;
? Monitoring process stability and capability and applying lean manufacturing, six sigma and statistical techniques to drive continuous improvement;
? Driving root-cause problem-solving and resolution of process performance and product quality upsets;
? Planning and executing robust product, test method and process validations, and documentation of these activities;
? Supporting products transfers from other facilities, and ensuring a match between product fitness-for-use requirements and manufacturing process procedures, set points, test measurements and acceptance criteria;
? Supporting application engineering sample requests;
? Building a strong collaborative working relationship with a broad range of associates (ex. Manufacturing, Quality, Product Specialists, Application Engineering, Planning etc.)
? Mentoring, developing, and partnering with team members in applying engineering principles;

Qualifications:
? B.S or above of Cable, Electrical, Electronic Engineering with process/mechanical experience. Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering with strong electrical experience is acceptable.
? 5+ years’ work experience in manufacturing.
? Solid Knowledge in engineering principles.
? Systematic thinking and mindset.
? Experience in leading/championing projects.
? Experience in working with global teams in a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
? Demonstrated self-motivation & hands-on to get things done.
? Knowledge of statistics and related methodology.
? Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
? Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
? Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Desirable:
? Potential to grow into coordination/small team leadership.
? Experience with global projects and working with virtue team.
? Experience with UL and other electronic regulatory compliance. 举报 分享
