一、任职资格
1、该职位在集团公司总部上班；2、21-28周岁，大学本科及以上文化程度；
3、中文、文秘、行政管理、旅游管理等专业毕业；
4、大学英语四级，口头表达流利；
5、具有良好的沟通能力，为人诚实、做事踏实；
6、能熟练操作办公软件；
7、有无工作经验均可，具有行政类、文秘类工作经验者优先。
二、工作内容
1、负责行政会议的会议记录工作；
2、负责公司合同、文件的拟定及审核；
3、负责与各分公司保持良好的沟通；
4、负责总经理的日常行程的安排及会谈的安排；
5、负责商务信函的撰写及翻译事宜。
