职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Regularly visit customer to well understand customers’ requirement.
定期访问客户，了解客户的需求
2. Innovate, improve and development product to meet customer Special Variants of requirements
创新，完善和开发产品，满足客户特殊的要求
3. Make analysis on customer complain in regard of technical issue; offer solution, reporting.
就技术问题对客户投诉进行分析; 提供解决方案，报告
4. Keep close communication and cooperation with WHR colleagues.
与WHR同事保持密切的沟通与合作
5. Ensure alpha/beta WPA products realize and test .
确保Alpha / Beta WPA产品实现和测试
6. Ensure new developed WPA line/special variants function running stable from function, process, mechanical side, promote Line performance.
确保新开发的WPA系列/特殊型号的产品性能良好，运行稳定，促进瓦线性能提升。
7. Transfer released new/special design to TM for series engineering/VC matrix maintain, documentations
将新版/特殊设计转移到TM系列工程/ VC矩阵维护，文档整理
8. Investigate competitors technology, compared with BHS products, for improvement purpose; Getting more know- how of corrugator
调查竞争对手技术，与BHS产品相比，用于改进目的; 获得更多的机器专业知识
9. Manage relate development project, ensure each project fulfilled in time, process and document via BHS PEP/EIP system
管理相关开发项目，确保每个项目及时完成，包括BHS PEP / EIP系统，过程和文件的各个方面。
10. Technical support per case for internal/external
内部/外部技术支持
11. Responsible for other special tasks nominated by supervisor
负责主管提名的其他特别工作

Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree of mechanical or above.
机械学士或以上学位
2. More than 6 years experiences in Machinery manufacture industry, more than 3 years experiences in the related design position
6年以上机械制造业经验,3年以上相关设计经验
3. Experience on the corrugating technology, machinery development project
瓦楞辊技术，机械开发项目经验
4. Familiar with related mechanical design skills, software operation, SolidEdge ST5 is preferred
熟悉相关的机械设计专业，软件操作，Solid Edge ST5是首选。
5. Interesting and target on development and innovation
对发展与创新感兴趣，持续进行创新和发展。
6. Good English in both spoken and written
口语和写作都很好的英语
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
