职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Help define user interaction models and user experience for new and existing products.
? Sketch and present UX concepts and behaviors with paper sketches, wireframes, task/workflows, simple working prototypes, or whatever form best communicates your ideas.
? Participate in user-centered research with customers through focus groups, usage analysis, and rapid prototyping.
? Communicate UX design solutions to multiple development teams through prototypes, detailed specifications and similar types of communication documents.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
? At least 3-5 years of experience designing for software, web and/or digital products
? Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; self-directed, comfortable working independently, and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
? Solid understanding of information architecture, web usability, and best-in-class user-experience design.
? Demonstrated design skills, especially concerning information hierarchy and data visualization.
? Knowledge of UX design methodology and practices.
? Curiosity, a thirst to keep learning new technologies and methods, and a desire to build great products.
? Ability to work with, and improve, routine processes.
? Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Microsoft Office Suite, and Mac OS X.
? Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. 举报 分享
