Administrative Work
· Provide administrative support to APJ ACF Regional Manager and help to ensure the smooth and effective running of APJ ACF program
· Travel booking, control and payment. Such as booking hotels, flights, visa application
· Handle all assignments and reports required by APJ ACF Regional Manager
· Meeting arrangement including team meeting, kick-off meeting, and other meeting
· Team building arrangement
· Product training arrangement
· Office supplies booking, deliver and management
· Stamp, scan, send and receive work documents
· Edit, print, receive, send and management APJ ACF team files
· Administrative related work
Finance Analyst
· In charge of budgeting and financial analysis for APJ region including North Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia
· Responsible for data gathering, compilation, analysis and reporting for team
· Vendor invoices tracking and management
· BDS(Budget Detail Spreadsheet) and VIDS(Vendor Invoice Detail Spreadsheet) tracking and management
· Reviewing and checking APJ ACF team financial report every month
· Work closely with finance team, arrange cross charge and accruals
· Help vendor to solve invoice and payment issue
· Communicate with Global Procurement Team about all vendors’ contracts renewal
· Create all APJ ACF BPOs every year and solve BPO related issue
· Consults with APJ ACF Regional Manager to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope
· Finance related work, such payment protocols, MCA Profile, PO ownership transfer
任职要求:
· Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) or above
· 3 years or above related administrative and finance analyst work experience
· Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin
· Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the corporate structure
· Smart with pleasant communication and effective coordination skills to deal with different parties
· Demonstrated ability to perform on multiple tasks and under pressure
· Be flexible with work and travel arrangement
· Good analysis and problem solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and planning ability
· Good team player
· Strong sense of quality and pay attention to details
· Proficient user of office software, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
