Job Descriptions：
- Perform counter duties and answers all incoming telephone calls
- Welcome visitors of the company, determines the nature and purpose of visit, informs the respective staff members and guides or escorts them accordingly
- Handles postal and courier dispatches of mails/packages and maintains respective records as well as records of respective receipts
- Assists to communicate with building management and cleaning company
- Meeting rooms arrangement and equipment maintenance
- Car arrangements
- Hotel booking
- Food arrangements at the meeting
- Store room management
- Assists Facility Officer and provide general day to day administrative duties
