职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1.To act as the main contact person in coordinating all activities of the assigned important account.
2. Maintain current business and support new business with the assigned accounts
 3. Exceed customer satisfaction

?Sales Oriented
-Manage the existing business with current key customers
-Identify the needs of customers and translate it into strategy then properly distributed internally
-Develop and grow for new business

?Pricing Management
-Support on RFQ and work closely with tender and product term for competitive offer
-Ensure internal and external tariff are properly in place

?Operation Oriented
-Manage the service performance by setting up proper process and align with concerned parties
-Implement the new business
-Take care critical / urgent shipment and fulfill customer needed.
-Problem solving

?Relationship Management
-Align with stakeholders / account manager to grow and maintain the business
-Manage the customer relationship to maintain and grow the business
-Working internal customer - Airfreight / Ocean freight / Finance /Overseas Offices

Experience and Qualifications
?Good command of English and Mandarin
?Good PC knowledge inc. MS Word, Excel & Power point, Chinese Word Processing
?Degree holder or above
