职位描述：
Responsibility/工作职责：
1、负责天猫店铺的整体运营推广，提高品牌影响力和成交量，统筹店铺运营、推广、客服管理等工作；
2、负责天猫平台智能硬件类店铺的招商，业务拓展等推广工作，搭建分销体系；
3、负责淘宝小二的关系维护，活动资源的洽谈；
4、负责产品销售规划，完成销售目标，以结果为导向，兼顾过程；
5、负责每日数据分析，定期做竞店、竞品分析，为实现销售目标提供决策，快速突破销售排名；
6、负责与上游供应链、市场推广、运营管理部等相关部门资源对接和支持。

Qualification/任职要求：

1、本科及以上，专业不限，互联网领域或电商领域工作经验，智能硬件行业优先，具有4年以上著名电商或互联网品牌电商运营任职经历，有丰富的电商运营管理经验和市场策划能力；
2、精通淘宝天猫规则，擅长数据分析，有清晰的电子商务项目运营思路，能针对不同业务阶段制定有效的运营策略；
3、策划及沟通能力强，有较强的创新与市场分析、营销、推广能力，项目执行能力，分析与解决问题的能力，能够独立策划并执行相关推广活动；
4、有团队合作精神和领导能力，性格开朗，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有耐心；
5、具备较强的服务意识和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，抗压能力强，能够适应高效率的工作环境。 举报 分享

Immotor China (Shenzhen Immotor Technology Co.,Ltd) was founded on Dec. 1st, 2015 and it was registered in the Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
