Export Shipping And Customer Order Tracking Update Clerk

General Summary:
MiniMetal Ltd., is an international-owned company located in Shenzhen, China. The company develops, design and overseas precision metal components manufacturing. We are looking for experienced Shipping clerk with excellent English to:
Ensure all international and domestic sales orders are packed and shipped in a timely manner.
Update customers on a daily basis regarding status of open orders and deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities
  Working with daily sales order reports to prepare shipments.
  Check sales orders for part and serial numbers to make sure it matches packing slips and ships out properly.
  Process packages using DHL, FedEx, UPS terminals and other forwarders.
  Making and insure all international shipments have proper paperwork (e.g. commercial invoices, packing slips, certificates, and shipper export declarations)
  Monitor shipping supplies and order accordingly
  Maintain superior teamwork, effort and attitude
  Work in a safe manner adhering to all MiniMetal policies
  Answer telephone and email inquiries
  Keep work area clean, neat and organized
  Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/ or management

Requirements:
Excellent English – a must
3-5 years of experience in shipping
Relevant education - advantageous
Deep knowledge of shipping processes and regulations both domestically and internationally.
Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects
General clerical methods, principals and practices
Attention to detail, pay specific attention to tasks
Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion
