职位描述：
Objectives
- Execute the work package independently with the request of the MGL, GL or customer.
- Together with the department manager, GL to guarantee the growth of the team on the technical competence.
- Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization.

Responsibilities
- Write functional specification of Battery Management System control software with corresponding hardware specified.
- Assist Customer BMS engineer in detailed supporting documentation for BMS functional requirement.
- More work to assist Customer battery/BMS engineer.
- Create and maintain CANalyzer database and scripts.
- Create use cases, state machine diagrams, sequence diagrams for new BMS features.
- Design and conduct BMS related tests. I***estigate issues identified in the tests for root causes and provide solutions and/or suggestions towards solutions.
- Additionally per request to plan and perform HV-Safety test (Potential equalization, Insulation test, voltage test, etc.), analyze issues and prepare reports.
- Trouble shooting and work in high voltage systems or vehicles in non-live and live state up to 1000V.

Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong background in C/C++ required. Knowledgeable in Matlab/Simulink.
- Working knowledge in battery technology in pack/module/cell levels.
- Expertise on battery pack design, e.g. mechanical interface, thermal management and electric circuits.
- Good experiences on battery system functionality and battery performance.
- Good experience in the state-of-art battery validation standards, like ISO/GBs, project experiences of 2-3 years; production level battery system is highly required.
- Good understanding of software design and embedded computer architectures.
- Automotive engineering experience with 8 years in OEM or tier-1 supplier company.
- Understanding in complete vehicle control logics..
- Experience with other high voltage systems, e.g. electrical drive, HV charging system.
- Knowledge of electrical protective systems for HV systems up to 1000V.
- Familiar with international/national electrical safety standards and regulations for automotive HV systems is required.
- Knowledge of functional safety standards and the application in HV battery system design and validation.
- Proficient in English writing and good English speaking.
- TUV HV safety flash 4 or equivalence qualification preferred.
