职位描述：
岗位职责：
l Set Schedule for the new product development as well as the engineering tasks and lead the team to hit each mile stone
l Work with US designer to realize the concept in the CAD that could meet the target of cost and quality Lead the prototype house to build the qualified sales sample and tooling sample to verify the mechanical issues
l Self-drive to hold the design review meeting with vendor and cross functional team to build in quality and manufacturing in the design
l Secure to provide accurate engineering information to other teams and maintain it in the system
l Proactively update the team of development status to secure every party in on the same picture
l Self-drive to figure out the root cause of any project issues and lead team to come up with solution towards them
l Work closely with vendor to clearly understand their perspective over the product as well as clearly present our own requirement to secure the product’s quality and manufacturing feasibility
l Work closely with US counterpart to smoothly resolve the conflicts between consumer view point and manufacturing limits to secure the target of time , cost and quality
l Secure the production line capacity and stable quality by reviewing and approving the production jigs and testing fixtures at suppliers before production started up
 
任职要求：
l Bachelor degree holder in mechanical design or related
l Be proficient in solidworks or be proficient in other CAD software and be able to pick up SW skill quickly
l At least 3 years working experience in toy development, experience in outdoor toys and sports goods is preferred
l Be familiar with mechanical structures , molding technology, blow mold technology, metal processing and parts decoration
l Be experienced in project management
l Be familiar with US and EN toy standard
l Be good both at oral and written English
l Self motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, energetic and good interpersonal skills 举报 分享
