职位描述：
The Details…
? Ensure Quality Staff and Agents perform Work-in-Process Inspections including production process audits and corrective action planning.
? Develop and conduct training for vendors and agents on developing quality systems, standards, procedures and audits.
? Develop vendor ratings, and key result area (KRA) benchmark measurements. Setting goals for improvement based on these KRA’s.
? Ensure consistent reporting to stakeholders in Far East and North America regarding quality issues.
? Ensure Quality Staff and Agents are trained on quality control procedures and Umbra Quality standards (measurements and aesthetic).
? Hands-on involvement (including on-site investigation and monitoring) in priority quality control issue resolution and communication, escalating issues when necessary.
? Work with global warehouse Quality Control teams on monitoring and investigation customer complaints and inventory quality.
? Work with vendors and ANBO manufacturing site to improve existing manufacturing processes, and developing new processes.
? Evaluate product designs and recommend possible alternatives in design features (including substitute materials) to improve manufacturability and/or decrease costs.
? Perform ongoing factory social compliance audits.

What we’re looking for…
? Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
? Engineering background
? 5+ years of quality control experience.
? Knowledge of North American export products' quality standards & expectations.
? Excellent computer skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications).
? Strong communication skills with vendors and inspectors.
? Adaptable and detail orientated.
