主要针对电动车/新能源车行业
1. Responsible for technical support to customer for EV & legacy Auto business in China market, for F&T product.
2. Developing new applications in these area, and co-work with sales team into generate sales
3. Sales tools optimization, and knowledge summary & transfering to internal team.
工作内容与范围
1. Technical support to customer for EV & legacy Auto business in China market, for F&T product.
2. Developing new applications and working with sales team for converting into real sales.
3. Sales tools optimization, and knowledge summary & transfering to internal team.
4. Documenting and reporting
要求:
1. Education: Bachelor or higher degree in material, polymer material, and chemistry, chemical engineering related majors is better.
2. Background: Have AE background, better to have auto (EV) industry experience
3. Language skill: Good at both oral & written English; able to communicate with source plant and customers in English fluently.
4. Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn; good trouble-shooting ability;
5. Good communication skill & team-work; Smooth communication with customer.
6. Good time-management ability, energetic, honest & hard-work;
7. 2+ years’ experience with technical support. Better to have senior experience 5+ years experience within auto (EV) industry.
