职位描述：
Responsibility:
？ Collaboration with US Sourcing to ensure timely delivery and integrity of sourcing process to support speed to market initiative
？ Actively engage in vendor on-boarding process, and, making sure that vendors are following our standard procedures and requirements (Vendor Agreements, RFQ, Packaging Standards, Certifications, etc.)
？ Optimize current supply chain in terms of cost and lead-time reduction, better payment and freight terms
？ Identify and recommend potential sources for new product development
？ Proactively track assigned projects and maintain impeccable documentations and project progress status
？ Collect market intelligence, make analysis and provide value propositions
？ Prepare RFQs, evaluate and negotiate multiple quotes based on best cost, quality, delivery and service.
？ Manage supplier compliance within group requirements; such as quality, environmental, governmental regulations and intellectual property.
？ Maintain fluid communication with US Sourcing regarding project well-beings, potential issues/delay, opportunities, etc.

Qualification:
- More than 5 years of purchasing/sourcing experience of hard goods with good English communication skill
- Have good sourcing experience in Home décor, lighting and kitchenware goods is preferred
- Good ethics and integrity
- Bachelor degree of Business/Engineering (major in supply chain is preferred) with ability to learn and evaluate a wide variety of product quickly
- Good experience in sourcing working with factories, quick in making spreadsheets & analysis, and be able to actively engage in communication with factories and US office frequently
- Capable and experienced in supplier selection and development process
- Good analytical and communication skill and logic
- Team player and willing to travel and work overtime
- Passion with proactive and excellent attitude
- Willing to work under pressure
