岗位职责：

1.Two years purchasing experiences, familiar with purchasing process, enquiry, quotation, price parity and order following up.

两年采购经验，熟悉采购询价，报价，比价，跟单流程。

2 .According to purchasing requirements, planning, assessment and searching suitable products and supplier and issued purchase order

根据请购单需求, 计划，审核评估，寻找合适的产品及供应商，并下达采购订单

3.Follow up purchase order tightly to meet the daily production

跟进采购订单状况，满足需求目标

4.Implement company procurement system, develop and optimize procurement processes, control the quality and cost

完善公司采购制度，制定并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本。

5.Drive cost reduction program. Work with vendors to achieve regular cost reductions on win-win approach

推动降低成本计划。和供应商合作降低成本以达到双赢

6.Rationalize vendor base, select suitable vendors as partners who can meet company requirements

优化供应商系统，选择适合公司需求的供应商作为合作伙伴。

7.Be better have purchasing experience of facility production equipment and indirect production material.

有工厂生产设备和辅助型生产物料经验优先。

8.Good communication skill. Resolve problems and implement solutions relating to materials and purchased products.

良好的沟通能力，对于物料和采购产品的问题采取措施并解决问题。

任职资格：

1.两年以上采购工作经验

2.对物料需求和控制有一定工作经验，熟悉PMC作业流程。

3.对工作细心，有强烈的责任感，能吃苦耐劳。

4.熟练使用EXCEL，ERP等办公软件。

5.熟悉ERP原理

6.有一定的谈判能力
