Job Descriptions:
-Assist plant manager in operation; ensure operation safety and product quality;
-Set process condition, optimize production processes and formulate process documents;
-Be responsible for product production process control, analysis and solving the technical problems, ruling out equipment failure with maintenance team;
-Be responsible for technical improvement of production equipment and bringing in new technology;
-Be responsible for technical trainings of operators.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering and technology, thermal energy engineering, chemical machinery, refrigeration and low temperature engineering;
-Initiative, dedicative, good learning ability and communication skill;
-Good command of English and PC Skills.
