职位描述：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Sales Report:

a) Submit reports promptly

- Sales report by counter (monthly, daily)

- Sales report of competitive brands (monthly, daily)

b) Assist Regional Sales Manager and retail mangers/supervisor to submit reports

? Order handling and daily counter maintenance

a) Familiar with SOP, handle daily orders promptly, identify abnormal situation and suppose feasible solution.

b) Pay attention to the order process, coordinate with SSC to ensure orders, products and invoices processed smoothly.

c) Counter contract management, keep good relationship with landlord

d) Provide documents to the shopping mall promptly as required.

? Sales Administration:

a) File the documents, e.g. counter contract, authorization letter, etc.

b) Organize internal meeting, make and deliver meeting minutes

c) Travel arrangement, e.g. flight and hotel booking

REQUIREMENTS:

? Numerical and analytical ability

? Priority setting

? Business and data acumen

? Fast learner and can work independently with efficiency, while being a team player

? Strong execution skills

? 2~3 year working experience, sales area background is preferred

? Fluent in English and Mandarin (written, spoken and reading).

? Good in use of Microsoft office application, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

? Good Communication Skills

? Bachelor Degree above
