职位描述：
任职条件-1、 具有财务、税务专业本科及以上学历； (At least university degree in finance, tax related disciplines)
                       2、 具有财税职业资格证书，五年以上海外投资并购和绿地项目开发工作经验, 包括投资项目财税尽调、投资财务模型
                             分析、交易估值、交易结构制定、外汇管制、货币对冲和谈判；（Owning financial and tax professional
                             qualification certificates, minimum 5 years working experience in overseas M&A and green-field investment
                             projects, including project finance & tax due diligence, investment financial modelling & analysis, valuation, deal
                             structure, foreign exchange control, hedging and negotiation）
                       3、精通中国对跨境投资项目的财务和税务管理，熟知跨境投资涉及的财税风险，并了解世界主要投资热点地区财税体
                            系和外汇管制要求，有港口、物流及自贸区行业背景优先； (Master all relevant Chinese finance and tax law and
                             regulations for overseas investment, have in-depth knowledge of financial and tax risk related to overseas
                            investment, and familiar with finance & tax system and foreign exchange control in main overseas investment
                            countries and regions. Working experience in port, logistics and free trade zone will be an advantage)
                       4、 必须具备专业级英语能力和精通中文，包括口头和书面，另外掌握其他外语者会有优势； (Mastering professional
                             English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, is a must, knowledge of other language will be an advantage)
                       5、具有较强的分析判断能力、语言文字能力和沟通协调能力；(Have strong analytic capability, super language
                            literacy skills, and capable communication and coordination skills）
                       6、能适应经常性海外出差。(Willing to travel overseas when needed)
       职位描述-1、对公司海外投资项目可行性提供财税分析和参考； (Provide finance and tax related assistance for the feasibility
                            analysis of the overseas investment projects)
                       2、协助项目组管理海外投资项目财税相关程序； (Assist project team with managing required finance and tax
                             related procedures in relation to overseas investment projects)
                      3、组织海外投资项目的财税尽调、投资财务模型分析、交易估值、交易结构制定、外汇管制、货币对冲、项目融资和
                           谈判等； (Lead project finance & tax due diligence, investment financial modelling & analysis, deal valuation,
                           deal structure formation, foreign exchange control, hedging, project financing and participate negotiations)
                     4、监督和协调外聘财税机构的工作； (Manage external finance, tax advisory firms to deliver required project
                           documents on time and with high quality)
                     5、 完成部门布置的其他任务。（Execute other tasks assigned by the department） 举报 分享
