Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province
Summary of Client:
Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of static control products, headquartered in USA, who has been providing solutions to electrostatic issues in a wide range of industries for more than 70 years.
Reporting Lines:
Report to: Production Manager
Job Summary:
Strong QA (Quality engineer) or ME (Manufacture engineer) background for system setup and documents establishment. Actual experience for ISO/IQC/IPQC/OQC / Out sourcing Audit/, be good at communicating with supplier to deal with quality issue, strong engineering background for machinery/Electronic component and relate material .High responsibility for company’s benefit.
Essential Duties:
1. Can understand and make assembly instruction and testing instruction such as procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
2. Daily process quality problem troubleshooting and quality complaints (warranty claim) analyze reports and returned products, and recommend corrective action.
3. Assist in external third party system audit on QMS, internal audit, process audit, and customer audit etc ,such as UL /TUV.
4. Communication with supplier to confirm sample parts’ spec to meet with quality requirement & standard which need related inspection and measurement knowledge and skill. Incoming quality problem analysis and Facilitate suppliers' process improvement.
5. Additional duties may be assigned by Production Manager.
6. May require travel outside the country to visit other group locations.
Education & Equivalent Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control, supplier quality control , multinational company experience is preferred.
3. Experience of using SPC, quality tools.
4. Good understanding of ISO9000 system and other quality standards.
5. Fluent in reading and writing English.
6. Good PC office software skill.
7. Good communication skill/ Good team work spirit.
