职位功能描述：
？ Customer Management 客户管理
1. Take care of new customers: Visit the customers who have just purchased new
machines from Flottweg and get brief information of the project
关怀新客户：对销售新签合同的客户进行拜访，了解项目情况
2. Visit old customers: make plan and visit the customers regularly
回访老客户：制定老客户回访计划表并定期进行回访
3. Set up complete customer archives and manage the customers efficiently
建立完整的客户档案，有效管理客户
？ Sales of spare parts and overhaul 备件、大修销售
1. Negotiate repair plan, sign and follow up the repair contract
洽谈维修方案，签订和跟踪大修合同
2. Handover the repair order to workshop, negotiate for the modification of the repair plan
if necessary
大修订单和车间维修的交接，按需要执行大修方案的更改洽谈；
3. Supervise the spare parts and repair sales, analyze the sales data regularly
监控备件销售及大修的总成交量并定期进行数据分析
4. Supervise the gross margin of spare parts and repair sales, check the offer system and
make record regularly
监控备件、大修销售的毛利率，检查报价系统，制定检查周期和记录
？ Dispatch service engineers for under / out of warranty job and check their job quality.
对服务工程师进行质保期内外的现场派工并检查工作质量

Recruiting Requirement 招聘要求
Bachelor degree or above (Environmental background preferred);
本科及以上学历（环境工程专业优先）；
Have a good record and work experience as Sales in foreign invested company not less than
three years;
不低于3 年外企销售工作经验及良好记录；
Teamwork spirit and communication skills;
具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力；
Fluent oral and written English;
流利的英语口语及书面表达能力；
Honest, friendly, good communication skills, be along well with people;
抗压能力强，能接受频繁出差；
Be able to work under pressure and accept business trip frequently;
诚实，友好，较强的语言沟通能力，善于与人交往；
30-45 years old preferred
