Summary of Key Responsibilities
· Serve as first level of IT support for individual department/Office in China region.
· Performing IT Service (hardware/software) setup and trouble-shooting and direct the unresolved issue to appropriate team.
· Follow the standard process to record, follow up and close the incidents.
· Identify and suggest possible improvement on the procedures.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
· Bachelor degree.
· A proactive and user oriented attitude is expected.
· Experience in setup/maintenance of Audio/Video devices.
· Experience in supporting client OS like windows and mac system and collaboration software like office 365, Lotus notes, Citrix.
· Experience in managing MS Active Directory at OU level.
· Fluent in written English, average in Oral.
Preferred Qualifications
· 1-2 years of hands-on IT supporting experience in multi-national company.
· MCSE/CCNA.
