职位描述：
1. Analyze the bestseller products of certain product category in Amazon.com in depth & create the potential bestseller products in Amazon.
2. Monitor and identify business trends by reviewing market data, shopping mpetitors, customer survey to evaluate category performance and set up category development strategy, maximize

opportunities to profit and realize market share leadership.
3. Be cooperative with sales team to define the business opportunities and take action to fulfill the gap;
4. Solid experience in factory souring and screening (ensure consisitant quality), negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices

Requirements

Have working exprience on product category include home textile/bedding linen, kitchen products, garden products, sport products, camping products and outdoor furniture.

1. Colleage granduate with at least 3 years sourcing or buying expierence for e-commerce business. Worked in American sourcing or buying office is an advantage.
2. Strong personality with his/her own views and prospective. Ability to present the thoughts logically
3. Highly organized, result-driven mind, excellent follow-up skills.
4. Independent, self-motivated, innovation, strong presentation skills & excellent analytical problem solving skills.
5. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
6. Perform all tasks with minimum supervision & tight deadline and exhibits maturity in their actions and decision making.
7. Provide input and leadership in identifications and optimization of supplier matrix.
8. A good team player, Open mind, working under pressure in fast pace.
9. Proficient in reading and writing English, get CET-4 certificate or advanced certification.
