职位描述：
Country Manager CM is responsible for developing strategies for business expansion in a country and meet sales targets set up by HQ,and manage all staff in the responsible country.
Job description:
1. Overall manage a country's business and report to Africa BU head.
2.Plan and direct activities such as sales & marketing promotions, seminars, and submit to re-gional manager for review.
3.Supervise & Coordinate day-to-day operational activities in country .
4.Maitain a good relationship with distributors
5.Coordinate product registration affairs, and achieve the permitted label.
6. Ensure the brand awareness in the country
7.Set up, liaise and maintain excellent relationship with the local governments, and related offi-cials agent.
8.Participate to review the country taxation situation and ensure aligning with the standards set up by the HQ .
9.Responsible for custom clearance.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in Degree in English ,Medicine, international trade ,nutration ,Sales.
2. English essential, Madarian Chinese, French others helpful.
3. Experienced in sales ,training , teaching , international trade or being a nutration teacher.
4. Sound knowledge of maintenance and operational processes.
5. Management and leadership skills of cross-functional teams. 举报 分享
